OneDrive Skeleton Loader State

OneDrive needed a new skeleton loader state for its upcoming update, and the main goal was to have an individual shimmer for each photo loading in. The Principal Motion Designer gave me the opportunity to experiment on various loading states, with the outcome being a beautiful shimmer animation spanning across photos during loading states.
